Yaltogguth, the ancient creator of eyes, a bat-like creature whose shrouded face, rotted by time, no longer possesses the eyes of his own. Over the ages, he has grown a grotesque beard of dripping flesh encasing the numerous bulbous eyes he now uses for sight.
In his mountainous, snow-capped realm, he can be found perched upon his towering throne. Watching over the world with unholy sight, he seeks out and punishes betrayers who would bloody his name, blinding them forevermore with his “Winter’s Mists”.
